I am thinking of heading to Sliver Lake tomorrow and was wondering if anybody knows if Silver Lake is unfrozen yet?
-
I would imagine it is, but if you need me to I can swing by it on my way home and let you know for sure. My lake which is just a couple of miles from Silver is ice free. Just let me know and I'll swing by there tonight.
-
If it is not out of your way that sounds good i will check this post tonight. If it is out of your way dont sweat it. Im hoping its good to go. I need to get out.
-
No problem, I'll let you know in a couple of hours.
-
Its Ice free! :)
-
There must be another Silver Lake on the East side that holds some bass?
-
Yea which Silver Lake are we talking about?
-
Well I was talking about the Sliver Lake next to Medical Lake.
-
That is the right one, i went out yesterday and was able to pick up four smallies. The biggest one was 2 1/4 lbs. but it was still fun i let my daughter reel all of them in. We launched at 1pm and we were off the water by 4pm. what a beautiful lake.
