Im pretty excited but was wondering on your guys experiences with making smokers/smoke houses. we have 3 stacks of bricks laying around from a unfinished project and he decided he wants to use them on a smoker now. he said he plans on having it be 6'x8' and 7' tall. seems like hardcore over kill for me but whatever keeps the old man happy is fine by me. anyone make anything like this or know of one made?

trust the old man he will make it work

My neighbor when I was growing up had a big smoker about that size that he had made, he about had to post a guard on it when he was making anything in it though..LOL

Can't wait to see it :IBCOOL: I have thought about it. We do run about + or - 500 pounds threw the smoker each year. I could save a lot of time by just building a smoke house

Us kids were his greatest challenge, he started trying to find something we wouldn't eat :chuckle: :chuckle: and finally had to settle on something that only I would eat :bash:
