Title: Monster Alberta whitetail
Post by: Elkstuffer on March 29, 2011, 10:27:29 AM
Most of the time antlers don't look as big after they are cut off the skull. This buck was the exception. His body was so big that when I put the piece together he made this large set of antlers look small. His neck was a true 26" tight behind the ear. For comparison your average WA whitetail is about 16" and muledeer are about 18".  His estimated live weight was pushing 300lbs.
