Post by: Mossy on April 02, 2011, 08:18:24 PM
Smoked this 6lber with applewood, very light smoke and pulled at 140.  Turned out really good, pictures didn't do the color justice.  Was very moist, went great with a horseradish recipe.  Thanks for looking

Sure....Soaked some minced garlic in a bowl of worcestershire sauce, lightly injected.  Dusted on some prime rib/roast seasoning I picked up at mitlitch's.  Let sit overnight in the fridge.  I didn't want an overpowering piece of meat, especially with the $40 price tag so went with apple for the wood, just a little bit.

That looks great.  How long did it take, and what temp did you smoke it at?

Took 4.5 hours at 225.  Another 45 minutes in a foil nap.
