OK, my 270mm telephoto lens. How come when I go out looking for coyotes, all I see are birds? Today, I go out (to a couple of no-hunting parks) looking for birds, and I call in two coyotes! I wasn't seeing many interesting birds so I pulled out my BearManRic distress call. At each site I had a dog in view within two minutes. I got pictures of both, but this is the only one worth a darn. I didn't have a face mask on, but I was wearing my M2D camo jacket. Seems to work.

(I did also get pictures of an American Bittern and a Northern Shoveler.)

I think I'd almost be happier with that picture than a dead coyote. Good job!
