Title: How much for a .357 Ruger Blackhawk?
Post by: Fetch em up on April 11, 2011, 09:11:01 PM
I know there is a classified section on here, and I'll post it on there when I have an idea how much to ask for my .357 Ruger Blackhawk.  I'm not really a revolver guy, and I never shoot it.  It is stainless with new synthetic grips, and a 2x Burris scope with a nylon holster and 2+ boxes of ammo.  Any ideas?    :dunno:  :dunno:

A lot depends on the condition of the gun itself.  Looks like for the same gun without a scope they are going for somewhere between 500-600 on gunbroker new.  A lot of times you won't get much extra for the ammo and holster but it may be enough to get full asking price out of someone.  With the scope I would guess probably around the 500 range, but I would check around and see what they are selling for locally.   :twocents:

Scopes don't add any value. The gunsites are asking retail for a used gun. A 357 is most likely worth
$300 if you're lucky. 357 is not a real good hunting cartridge. My buddy has a Ruger Blackhawk for sale for $ 400.
