Been busy at work.
I finally got a few days off and fired up my big cooker for a little snack..

Sorry Brother about the keyboard..Need to place a little sheet of plastic wrap over it when You come in this section.I learnt the hard way..To many keyboards in the garbage.. :chuckle:

No worrys keyboards are desposable, keep the pictures coming. They ispire me to break out the Bradley and smoke up some stuff, lol

Just curious on your dutch ovens, I assume they are full of beans. Do you cook the entire time with lids on or is there a "smoking period" with lids off?
Bean recipe to share? and your new improved "tweaked" rub recipe?? :chuckle:

Sorry this one got past me.
Those are the pit beans..
We will run the D.O's with the lids off and placed under a brisket for about 6 hours then put the lids back on. It adds a great smoked flavor to the beans.

Doing a whole hog this weekend over in Zilla for the father in laws birthday. Got a little 70 lb hog to toss on the "Iron Hog"
