looks like illibot cr. to me!! haha we're closing in!!
-
Na! It's Goat Mt. and they're benchlegs up there :yeah:
-
I would guess not Goat. Maybe Canyon Cr. or Black? Great blacktail. No benchlegs on Goat or any area west of Baker.
-
I think this ought to be a new thing, pick apart the photo and location :chuckle:
-
that's always fun... seriously tho ran into a small group of mule deer up on goat mt almost ran me over with a kitty on their tail.
-
goat mtn is almost to puget sound, that is so wierd!! not the first story of benchlegs to come out of there.
Is this it?
-
I'd believe bigfoot before mule deer up there. :chuckle: Ive practically lived my life in the hills around Baker and there are no mulies. The b-tails up there are way larger which possibly could lead someone to believe they were mulies. :dunno:
-
Thats a Beauty! How about the story?

This was way up on top, they weren't real big, just a couple doe's with yearlings. They had big ears, white ass, and a mulie tail, definitely mule deer. I couldn't believe my eyes either, all I can figure is they were plants or they were way lost. Might explain why some of those blacktail around there get big, mule deer genes :dunno:
-
Either way, Nice buck.
