Here is a great recipe for halibut that is a little better for you than deep fried, or when you get tired of deep fried...  And, it's super easy!

Roast Fish with Lemon and Honeyed Onions

Fish:  Any white meat fish like halibut.  Rub fish with lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and pepper.  Grill or bake, don’t overcook.

Sauce:     1 lb onion, cut in half and sliced
   4 T olive oil
   2 T honey
Juice of ½ lemon real or plastic 
   Salt and pepper

Cook the onions in the oil on very low heat, with lid on, stirring occasionally until very soft.  Increase heat slightly, remove lid, cook stirring until onions are golden.  Add honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper, cook another five minutes (actually takes a little longer depending how thick you want it).  Sauce can be made ahead and reheated when fish is done.  Serve over fish.

You can add dark or golden raisins for a change up.
I usually double the sauce as I like lots of sauce.  

Enjoy!
