i ordered some rings and bases from this company, got the rigs and bases and realized that i could use lower rings. whem i called to exchange the rings i asked if they could ship the new ones and bill me them refund it when the ones i send back get there. she said no way they had to add a 15% restocking fee. unless they waited to ship the new ones until after they got the origional back. i didnt want to wait that long so i re ordered them assuming that they would ship that day. well the ones i sent back got there today and guess what, they never shipped my new ones yet. so i called to see if they would waive the 15% fee because they had mine in hand and they said no because they processed the order last week but didnt ship till this week. they wont even talk to me anymore... that is some great customer service... :bash:

I work in retail and just don't understand some of these companies that have terrible customer service. I had a similar expierence with eagle archery and I will never buy from them again and everyone I know will know not to order from them. Its 10 times more expensive to get a new customer rather than keep an old one. I feel for ya man.

i had ordered numerous scopes and mounting hardware from them over the years and planned on more this year, but they decided to lose a customer over 8 dollars... :dunno:
just thought i would share and avoid someone else the issues i had.

I'm surprised...I've done a bunch of deals with them, including exchanges/trade-ins and never had an issue...actually excellent service.
Maybe a change in ownership/management?

If I were you I'd copy a hyper link and email it to someone in their customer disservice dept.

Use Paypal if you can, or setup an account. Amazon, eBay will pretty much help you from my experience.

UPDATE,
they refunded my card this morning, a week and a half later, and they didnt charge the 15% restocking fee. still wasnt worth the battle and they still lost a customer.
