Title: N.E. Whitetail looking a little weak!
Post by: Elkslayer on May 13, 2011, 09:19:45 PM: Here are some of the first pics from my trail cam this year. Looks like the deer are looking a little weak in this area. Elevation on this camera is about 3700ft im wondering if its just the area. All the deer down low around the farmlands have been looking pretty good. Last pic is a buck and he dont look to good at all!

The buck, looks like hes gonna be a booner!!! :chuckle:

Post by: KNOXY on May 14, 2011, 01:47:18 AM: It all depend on location and what they've been feeding on not uncommon to see them looking raggedy this time of year but good nutrition also helps with antler growth.
