This will be my first year out for black bear and I have one major question. I have read in this forum that the best hunting will be on the South Side hills (Blue Mountains) due to the snow pack. And a few people have mentioned using calls, but looking through the Regs I have not found any restrictions on what calls we can use. Does this mean that we can use Electronic Calls for bears? I am also wondering if we can use electronic calls for Cougars too. I didn't find any, but I rather be safe than sorry.
Thanks for the help in advance

Yes you can use electronic calls. The only restrictions for electronic calls are waterfowl, turkey, and deer. All other game animals can be persued with the aid of electronic calls.

You can use electronic calls for both species.
