So tired of having the piece of crap 30pound stuffing machine from Cabelas breaking. Aluminum gears should not be made in a sausage stuffer period. Had for two years on the 4th machine and only used it about ten times. And guess what thats right you guessed it the fricken gears stripped out again today. Total piece of crap.
I have looked at these, what do you think Dogtuk??

the stuffer from the sausage maker has plastic gears
the one from Lem has metal gears not sure how they work tho
I would go with one of these they are the best out there but cost lots of money

go with a good enterprise cast iron, they've worked for a hundred years or shell out the money and get a F Dick

Thanks Huey, Thanks Ballance.
Looks like I am going to go with a F Dick. As soon as I get this one returned to Cabelas. With the money I paid for this one with their motor I should have just bought one in the first place.

I've got an LEM and love it! Stuffed with my Dad's Enterprise when I was a kid...they are great too. Can't go wrong with either IMO.
