Title: First of the year
Post by: Soldier5 on May 27, 2011, 09:54:01 AM
They maybe small, but I wasn't even sure if there were fish in this pond to begin with :dunno:. Now my wife wants me to take her out. Anybody know of any spots within 1-2 hrs of Lacey that has decent small mouth fishing from the bank? Or a place where I can rent a boat within 1-2 hrs of here to catch some smallies.

 Spot on here :yeah:

I am not too sure if there are any lakes other than maybe Riffe and Alder that have smallies and you can actually bank fish it in places.

black lake has a lot of smallmouth in it, but the bank access isn't the greatest.  maybe try at the outlet where black lake belmore road crosses the ditch.
