has anyone used a blood tracking agent such as blue star? just saw it for the first time and its looks cool, sounds like a good idea.I just wondered if anyone on here has actually tryed the stuff?

I have used it it does work very well but it needs to be totaly dark out side was able to find were a coyote killed and draged off a famliy pet in the pouring rain a couple of years ago. Next day coyote met 90 grain ballistic tip.

Peroxide works really well and is cheap. The blood bubbles up into a bright red foam. Coleman lanterns also make blood glow a bit in the dark.

thanks for the idea, i will give it a try. probly also gonna buy this stuff to its like 20 bucks for 4 pills, and with my kids hunting this year I want as many ways as possible to track anything hit. I will never leave a area if I think a animal is wounded.
