Did you get the early elk tag or the general season tag? We got two bulls a 06-6x6 and a 07-6x7 in two years up there and the third year 2009 saw a few small 5x5 all for close friends or family that drew the rifle hunt oct 1-... IM me if you want some places to start. Also send me an email and I will send you a few pictures. If you have the rut hunt oct 1 get ready for a fun hunt. if the general hunt learn the country your hunting and glass and hunt hard because its a little harder hunt.

i have the october 25 to nov 7. i know the area but its benn years since ive hunted it.time to get some serrias boot and deul spot riding in.
