I am pretty excited to draw this tag. I was lucky 6 years ago with a Perrigyn tag, and had a fantastic hunt. I don't know much about this unit.
I plan on doing a scout trip in Sep.
If anyone has drawn this late tag in the past and would be willing to share some information, it would be appriciated.
Thanks,
Bryan

Thats awesome. I remember when you had the other tag. I almost put in for that unit. Have fun.

Almost forgot about this one cuz my lucky brother who got the Clockem bull tag also drew this tag too. I think he put in for it by mistake as I see this is for whitetail & I'm sure he thought it was a mule deer rut hunt. He said when he looked at the WDFW map it showed alot of private land?

This is a any buck tag.
I am looking for a good solid muley, but I would not turn down a big whitetail if one showed up in my cross hairs. I looked an saw there is Scoth Creek Wildlife area in this unit which is 17,000 acres. Looks like a good wintering area for deer.

just make sure to bring some hiking boots. It's all walk in only. I love hunting the scotch creek wildlife area.

I see there is an any buck in the quality category with 20 permits & a whitetail only hunt in the buck category with 15 permits both at the same time Nov 1-20.
