Any ideas guys? Can't find it on the website and don't have tons of time to poke around. Any estimates or hard dates? Thanks!

Looks like they aren't going to set the quotas until mid July sometime.  So I am guessing it would be after that.  The open comment period on the proposed seasons ends July 11th.
