Title: Beacon Rock
Post by: iRem on July 06, 2011, 07:42:46 PM
My family and another family that we camp and fish with every year are going to Beacon Rock down on the Columbia. My buddy decided that he wants to give it a try this year and camp at Beacon Rock State Park, but the problem is the limited camp sites first come first serve. Is there any other camping around Beacon Rock area? I don't want to drive all the way down there, pull in just to see camping full and not knowing where to go from there, Any help would be great so that I can do my research now!!!

Also, never been there so how's the fishing going to be at the end of July?? Is there any bank access to take the family down to the water and what techniques work well for that time of year on the bank?

Thanks.
