Yesterday went for a drive with the youngest.  Ran across these guys.

Cool pics.  One thing I noticed is how they are running on trails with yellow star thistle.  That kind of shows one method of propagation that I hadn't thought of.  The deer always follow the same trail, so they're transporting seed on that same trail.
