I just got back from a couple days of scouting...
Thought I'd post up a few pics.
Brought trail cameras but.. forgot my camera so I had to use my iphone.
Fyi.... It's really hard to take pics through a spotter with a phone.
Saw 13 branch bulls, a heard of 40 +/- cows and calves, several legal bucks both whiteys and muleys a coyote and a bear...pretty good couple of days
Thats a .357 shell, the track is a little more than 3 1/2" top to bottom

looks like a very productive couple of days

Ya it was a good time...a little too hot for much hiking.

Nice pics for a phone!
Reminds me of my favorite quote from the late Bill Krenz, "Pain and frustration are the creeping tricks of time in the weeks and months before hunting season."
All these nice pictures are starting to cause me great pain and frustration. Thanks a lot!

i took a few pictures wednesday with my cell phone, through my binoculars. i was amazed how well it worked. especially for the elk being around 800-1000 yards away
