I've visited and hunted this area a few times and seen some nice whitetail bucks in the farm lands (and few good muleys too). All of the good land is private and I have had permission to hunt on one place in the past for elk, but that landowner passed on so I have no connection anymore. Does anyone know of a landowner who may provide permission (for a fee or not) to bowhunt whitetail in this area? I prefer edge land between pine forest and agriculture....sure seems like hiding behind one of those big hay rolls could be productive at dusk :P. I live in Camas and I've got no time left to go knock on doors as I'm spending 1/2 of August down in Nevada deer hunting.
Any leads appreciated. Thx

Would someone mind knocking on doors for me too.

Funny ;) Not asking for concierge service, just enough info to make a call....and pay if needed. I used to hunt on Taplin property.
