Title: carolina mop sauce

this is a good sauce for pulled pork sammies,and to baste with after ya have some good bark going on...
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbls black pepper
1  tbls kosher salt
1 tsp red pepper seed
1 tsp tabasco
  mix together and heat then let cool,avoid inhaling the steam

I use that mop on pork butts and it is excellent.
I'll post the rub recipe I use to go with it. Give me a few.....

I was stastioned in NC for 3 years I used to laugh at the sauce until I tried it man this stuff was Pretty tasty good post!
