Title: 22 long rifle
Post by: jharstad on July 24, 2011, 11:29:07 AM: has any body shot a yote with a 22 rimfire is that ethical or evan legal?

Post by: bobcat on July 24, 2011, 11:30:52 AM: It's legal and no reason why it wouldn't be ethical. It will kill them just fine. I'd limit my shots to about 50 yards though.

Post by: Special T on July 26, 2011, 03:22:41 PM: If you have a bolt gun, or in may case a savage model 24 22lr 20 ga over under, I think the Agulara 22 sub sonics are good. they make one that is 60 grains that penetrates 12in of balistic gell @ 100 yards... they are a 22short brass made to normal length with lead... they are awsome, but dropp much faster than normal 22lr.
