This should be an easy one for the west side guys.
I launched the canoe and paddled up the lake about 3/4 of the way and fished for a day and half this weekend. Only caught the one but saw a couple of really good ones in the clear water. It was a good weekend and the weather was perfect for camping!

Boy that didn't take long. It was great I only saw 3 boats all weekend but the fish weren't biting either :)

Yeah....I flipped a canoe up there years ago, sent my .357mag, binoc's, camera all to the bottom, swam down in my freakin loggin boots and levis to recover the stuff. Must have left a strong memory with me, I just thought; "damn' that looks familiar". We had better luck in wynoochee with a "normal" boat and those mini down riggers....trolled up some better trout out of there that way..... Damn canoes are dangerous! :chuckle:
