Title: Back from AK
Post by: hogsniper on July 31, 2011, 06:32:40 PM
Well it was an amazing year up in AK!   We hit the run just right and had a blast. Spent a week at my buddy's family cabin on the Kenai and what an amazing river surrounded by beautiful sights.   Caught our limit every day and turned a ton of fish loose.   Here are a few pics of our adventure!

They bumped the limit from 3 to 6 fish the day before i got there.  Somewhere around 1.2 million sockeye had hit the river.  Amazing fishing to say the least!

We didnt go after anything as the sockeye fishing was crazy.   I went 2 years ago for silvers and that sure is a blast!
