Title: Bear cape, any value?

But I would have left it in the woods. I don't have money for a rug or anything. Now I'll pack it out and maybe get enough credit to get the skull bleached

How many L/F is a bear say 150 pounds or so. Just trying to get an idea of cost of a rug for my wall when I shoot one this weekend.

Post by: Michelle_Nelson on August 04, 2011, 11:54:03 AM: A 150lb Bear is going to be roughly 5'. I charge $165 to do a Bear Rug. So $825 + $66 Sales tax = $891. Thats if it is skinned out correctly and no repairs are needed.
