Title: PONCHO
Post by: jmoyer2 on August 10, 2011, 11:35:35 PM: I was thinking since money is tight this year I might just get myself a decent poncho. they pack light and offer decent protection. Anybody know a decent/durable poncho out on the market. I know they are "noisy" but so are the woods when it rains! :chuckle: :chuckle:

Post by: wsucowboy on August 10, 2011, 11:53:47 PM: check out frogg toggs. I'm not sure if they make Poncho's but there rain gear is pretty good and cheap. Used to be able to find them at Walmart but I haven't seen them there for a while.

I see on Cabela's that the Frogg Toggs have horrible reviews. :dunno: Do you use them?

Both me and my dad have been using them for the past few years. Never had any problems with them yet :twocents:
