Title: What kind of hunters orange do you wear?

Post by: Rhinoron247 on August 11, 2011, 11:42:34 AM: Been wearing the same old sleeveless fleece vest for the last 22 yrs. Has enough holes and character in it looks like camo. Can't seem to let go of it despite the jokes from my buddies.

Post by: halflife65 on August 11, 2011, 12:31:53 PM: An archery hunter generally, but I have an old orange vest that I use. No reflective stuff on it and not one of the plastic kind. I think it's polyester and it dries fast when it gets wet. I've had it for close to 20 years.

10-15 feet? That's a long range shot on the wet-side.... :chuckle: :tup: Nice buck

Actually, I remember the picture of that buck, I think. Nice one.

I used to wear a timber cruisers vest but it's kind of heavier cotton and would never dry out. When it's not going to be wet out it's nice because it has a big pocket in the back. Of course mine had blue and red paint all over it from marking trees...

That's the same one I wear. I really like it. I've had mine for about 6 or 7 years now. Well made.
