Ive had this Truth Cam 46 for about a month now. Ive had it out for the last two weeks and it was working great till the last few days that i have been checking it. It will take pictures when i re-start it, but once it goes to sleep it doesnt take any more pictures. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

I bought a used Moultrie off ebay that did the same thing. Seemed to work fine at first, but when I was testing it, if I let it sit for 20 minutes so that it went to "sleep", it would no longer take pictures. Luckily for you, I've heard Primos' customer service is good and I'm guessing you won't have a problem getting the camera replaced with a new one.

sounds about what im dealing with. i have two moultries and a stealth cam that are all currently out and i have not had a single issue with any of them. this has been my first trail camera issue and its the newest of the 4

Send it back to primos ,they'll give you a brand new one. That is what I did with my Truth Cam 35... my problem was that after all of that hassle... someone stole it the day before I got there and before I ever checked my first round of pics. I hope they're enjoying it... :'(

I am having this problem with my moultrie. How was your experience with their customer service?

i had a similar problem with a wildgame camera. It ended up being the 4 gig memory card was too much. 2 gig was max. Not saying this is the problem, just throwing it out there. im sure you read the specs on yours unlike me... hope you get it figured out, goodluck.

I never contacted CS since I read on another forum that they only warranty their cameras for the original owner, and a receipt is required. I also know the warranty is only good for 1 year.

Yeah, I heard the CS sucks. I am the original owner, but just over the 1 year mark. plus, I heard it is impossible to get through to there CSR's.

Yeah I never could figure out a use for a trail camera that goes to sleep and never wakes up! I was glad I had the extra non-working one around though, as I broke one of the tie down points on one of my other moultries, and I just swapped the outer case from the bad camera. So keep it around, you may end up needing some parts off it.
