Here are a couple pics I took today from one of my leased properties. The second one shows the Gifford Ferry crossing Lake Roosevelt.Thought I'd share the view.

I take the ferry a few times each summer but have never seen it from a view like that. Pretty cool to see and thanks for taking the time to share.

Yeah it is...love that area.... I wish those indians would give out some turkey huntin permits ....seen many long beards coming across that ferry ....really would love to hunt hells gate ...built a cabin there once for a customer and it drove me nuts listening to all the birds gobbling around me and nothen I could do about it ..... :bash: :yike:

I called the Tribal Game Dept a few years ago to see if they would consider selling turkey permits. They said it came before the council and the elders rejected it. HUGE gobblers over there.Got some land lined up if they ever change their mind.

They almost had a bear season once for non-members, I think the same thing happened and it got shot down. :(
