Those made by TreeLounge are the best out there.

I have both a climbing and a fixed. If I had to pick one though it would be a climbing as I think they are more versatile and easier to use

I've got a ladder stand and a fixed.  The ladder is nice for areas I don't have to pack it very far.  It's pretty comfortable and easy to get in/out of.
The fixed is nice because it's lighter so I can pack it in further.  It also works better for trees that have branches in the way on the climb up/down.  The fixed is a little more versatile but it is also a little more labor intensive to set up.

:yeah: Same boat. Climbers are great for "exploring" new areas. I use the fixed for short (morning or evening) sits. Sits are also great for placing in areas where you don't want to have/need to do a lot of tree trimming. My climber is a lot more comfortable for all day sits. If i find a good area, I may place a permanent stand there.

3 hang-on and one climber

Climbers are more comfortable, but heavier and noisier to set-up

I guess I voted on this already and didn't comment. I have tree gaffs and a platform I pack anywhere. I just pick a tree and make myself at home.
