Title: Cooking a Drunk Chicken.
Post by: mulehunter on August 25, 2011, 11:41:25 AM
   I am sure few people doesn't know about those. I thought to share with my experience cooking in smoke house.

Full chicken body and one Bud beer open it put can in and put hot jalapeno, sweet oinion inside chicken then stretch hole to put inside beer.  Put any kind season on chicken.

Build firewood any kind of wood, i like fir and alder mix and little chop of Cherry tree wood and lite it. Put chicken in smokehouse and leave it two hours.  So Beer can boil steam thur inside chicken make it so delicous.

One of best dinner.     Share if you have any better idea.

Oh I so need to do that. I got a Weber rocky mountain smoker and use natural charcoal. I've screwed up a lot and had successes. The temp and time I need to know. I want to pull this off and I never want to screw up a salmon again.

I personal never cook inside regular BBQ. F.Y.I.  We own a homemade BBQ to cook with fire wood.

From bottom of firewood to screen cook surface about height apart 2'-7" apart.

Looks awesome Mule, I would add a few things that I do when i cook Beer Butt  Chickens. I take a squirt bottle with a mix of water and lime juice and spray the chicken down every 5-8 minutes. Doing this tends to make the skin a little crispier and gives it a really good flavor on the outside of the chicken. I do it in my weber charcoal grill and it always turns out awesome.
