ive already made some colony traps for muskrat out of 1x1 wire and am planning on makin a ton of cages to kick on my first trapping season this year! so any help would be greatly appreciated!

okay how does 15x15x36 sound for fox and coons? and 10x18x36 for cats and fox? i still have no clue what size to build the
otter and beaver traps...

Check out the post on 'swim through beaver trap' for some ideas. I have one and it has worked well. I can't remember the exact size, maybe 12"x12"x36" or 14"x14"x36". When you set it, try to place it completely underwater for a drowning set (more humane and minimizes fur damage).

my coon cages are 12x12x34 they work ok.
cat cages 12x14 x40 havent got to use them yet.
