I can't go to my usual spot for early season this year. Too many commitments elsewhere and Exxon would rather make $5 Billion this quarter than let me afford to hunt so, I am out. I know there is a few spots near the Little Creek casino around Shelton but, I've never been in those woods and don't know anything about them. I'd rather sit the season out and maybe try for late season (I hate late season) than to go into un-scouted woods and try to figure things out. Someone stick a fat one for me. :'(

I'll be at my folks place at Kamilche tomorrow. I will check with my cousins to see what they migh recommend for ya. They are loggers and mechanics for Simpson/Green Diamond. I do know that hunting the area around the Casino is a bad idea.

i wont be able to make it out either. the funds just wouldnt allow for me to get the arrows and broadheads needed. had to spend that money on unplanned for events (truck needing repairs, etc). pretty bummed because i was very excited for my first season bow hunting. oh well, gonna try and get everything together before the late season.

What size arrows/broadheads are you requiring? I can't help with the arrows but, I have 3 Muzzy 3 blade 100gr broadheads or 3 Muzzy 3 blade 125gr broadheads. Pick your size and you can have a set. I was going to try and craigslist them but, I'd rather you have them to get out this year instead. Maybe someone here can step up with a few arrows? I'd hate to see someone not able to hunt just because of equipment, especially when I have spare, unused equipment that is just collecting dust in my garage.
