Got some pics sent to me of an out-of-state bruiser. Story is he was stuck at last light yesterday, recovered today. Reportedly green grosses 190-ish. Not that good at field judging myself, but it looks big enough to me. Permission to post given to me if I left off faces/names.
Enjoy-

North Dakota is also very reasonable for non-residents to hunt as well ;) They at least used to allow .22 centerfire as well.

Damn nice buck, congrats to the succesful hunter.

This is interesting - here's ND's muzzleloader season rules:
Muzzleloader Season--Muzzleloading long guns of .45 caliber or larger, and handguns .50 caliber
or larger, loaded through the muzzle, with flint or percussion ignition, firing black powder or black
powder substitutes are legal. Smokeless powders are not legal. Telescopic sights are prohibited.
No magnification (1X) scopes are legal for muzzleloader season. Crossbows are legal to use during
the muzzleloader season with a muzzleloader license or a concurrent season license. Crossbows
must: a) have a peak draw weight of at least 75 pounds and not more than 200 pounds, b) be
equipped with a working safety to prevent accidental firing, c) have a stock at least 14 inches long
and d) use bolts at least 14 inches in length. No magnification (1X) scopes are legal to use on
crossbows during the muzzleloader season.
