Title: Alpine Lakes Hike today

We had to rescue my friends dog today it got so hot he was overwhelmed with heat during his hike. I brought up 2 bags of ice and we had to give him some fluids and drag him out of there with a stretcher. For a 120lb dog it was a real piece of work considering the trail they were on. Glad they are ok but beware of the 4 legged friends getting hot too.
