I'm watching the bow hunters and the muzzie guys having their fun and I'm counting the days until the rifle season opens. I'm setting up camp in Rimrock in three weeks with an "any bull" tag in my pocket. (Hope those guys didn't chase all the bulls out of the country.) If you're aching to be in elk camp and can't wait, check out this YouTube video my son put together from our Bob Marshall hunt back in '07. We saved up our dough for a hunt of a lifetime. Rode horses 30 miles into the Bob Marshall wilderness and 5 out of 6 of us shot bulls. It was an awesome hunt! Check it out:

Very nice I enjoyed the pictures. Did you go with a guide your just yourselves with your horses? that was awesome ground you saw, nice to get out away from the busy world I bet.

That was a guided hunt. We went with Dusty Crary, Triple J Outfitters out of Choteau, MT. Great guy. He has great stock and fed us real good. We hiked out butts off, but as you can see, the country was awesome! Trip of a lifetime!
