Title: Rimrock late archery season
Post by: Elkrunner on October 03, 2011, 09:53:12 AM: I was just wondering how many people were planning on hitting Rimrock for the late archery season. I am hoping to get over for a few days.

They weren't moving around, and with the crunchy dry ground, sneaking up on them was a non-starter. I jumped a couple but couldn't get any shots.

I like the Rimrock area. Unfortunately for us, it seams to be a better camping location than hunting location. Where would one target in the late season? I was thinking about trying the Taneum but have never hunted there.
