I'm new to cureing eggs I looked up these on Pautzke's web site. Hope they work.

I freeze them on wax paper then vac seal them

look good. probably used more cure than needed but they'll fish.

Great looking eggs.Be sure to freeze them before you vac pac or you'll suck the juice out of them.Puncture the bag before you thaw them to so they dont flatten them as they thaw and squeeze the juice out of them.

You must have missed it on my post. I freeze them on wax paper before I vac pac them. :tup:

Only thing you did wrong is you didn't use Pautzke cure ;)

I did use some pautzke fire cure on some eggs. The web site said steelhead like Borax cure, I couldn't find pautke borax cure so I went with what Swains had. ;)

Jars take up too much room in the freezer. I wrap them in paper towels and then put them in freezer bags. They will keep for over a year like this and you can lay a lot of bags on top of each other in the freezer :tup:
