sweet...hopefully their shoulders aren't too sore. we're gonna waste some more ammo on saturday.
-
Yeah this was just a trip to give them an idea of what is going to happen on Saturday. My 4yo with that snake charmer was sooooo cool, he blasted that shell then gave me this weird look and said "I'm OK" and walked away trying really really hard not to cry in front of all of us but I could tell it scared him at first. after the initial shock wore off he was all over it !!! :chuckle:
Can't wait till Saturday though, I am sure you have much better equipment then I do, plus there were other folks wanting to use the pit so we were kind of rushed.
Looking forward to it though and the kids are amped as well !!! Should be a good time !!

Head-Shot,
That is a "Snake Charmer", a iddy biddy .410 shotgun, won't kill anything unless it is very close or you load up a slug !! :chuckle: My 4yo thinks he is a bad ass mofo when he is shooting that thing now that he has shot it a few times, it is hilarious to watch !! :chuckle:
I just seen one at Walmart here in PA but I cannot remember how much, pretty cheap though, they also have a "Chimpmunk" in .22cal or something like that and I think it will fit really nicely.
Love to see the youngsters getting into the shooting sports !!!

Is that an old Remington Nylon 66 I see there?
Have not seen one of those for years. Last one we had my older brother shot a rabbit with and as it was flopping around he hit it over the head with the butt, and the nylon broke all to hell!
The Chipmunk is just oike the Snake Charmer ony it is a single shot, bolt action .22

Cool thanks for the info, I'm gonna look into both.

Not sure what you mean by the Remmy 66 but yes it is a remington .22 that I call my "Plastic Fantastic" since it is mostly plastic and very light !! :chuckle:
Yep the "Snake Charmer" is a single break action. Fun to shoot but kind of akward since you almost have to hold it with one hand unless you are 4 years old !! :chuckle:

Very cool to see the kids out there, great job on that Robo  I used to have one of those nylon 66, great gun, wish I still had it. Have fun and stay safe.
