I'm a student at WSU, and finally got my own house and brought my guns over. Hunting season starts in a couple days, and I have no idea where any public hunting land is. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

There is a bit of feel free to hunt stuff out by Albion. PM me and I will tell you how to get there. If you feel like working real hard there is a bit of Core of Engineers land down by the river, but you will likely see a bunch of 2x2s down there that you can't shoot anyway. That's not to say there are not some good bucks down there. I know a guy that shot a nice 5x5 whitetail at the top of one of those canyons. It took him12 hours to pack it out. Bring someone to help in case you get one.

I heard seattle is feel free to hunt

Start driving around and knocking on doors about 6 months ago is your best shot. In all seriousness, go drive around and find permission or areas marked feel free to hunt. There are plenty of places to go, you just have to look around. You could also head down to the blues, north of spokane, etc.

I've heard about feel free to hunt places near Albion and also down on wawawai river road. Are "feel free to hunt" places posted feel free to hunt or are they just not posted w/ no hunting signs?
