Turn left at the dead chipmunk and drive 150 fathoms up the two track, park on the right and walk in next to the stump.  Keep walking up until you see the 3pt min buck.

Hope that helps.

Its only a good spot if you are looking for a trophy buck though. If you're just a meat hunter check out the 32 and 94 road. :twocents:

ok im lost here GMU's 653 and 466 are white river (green water and stampede pass) its any buck i know all the roads out there just dont know if anyone has hunted out that way.

3pt min is over the pass on 410 and thats mule deer. I am looking for a good spot close to home that is black tail.

Went all the way down to elbe hills and down by morton and onalaska yesterday and seen nothing on elbe hills, seen a doe in alder, seen alot of track and suck off 73 down west of morton, last stop of the day was off of North Fk down by onalaska lost of track but nothing seen.

You're on the right track.  They aren't gonna pop out of the woods and say "SHoot me".  God I wish they would though.  Anyway, use the gohunt maps to find some public ground or use a county map viewer to find some logging company land and hit the scrub.  The deer are there.  Blacktail are thick as rats in Western Washington, you just need to find the sign.  I don't know your hunting experience so I'll spare you the 101 lesson.  Just get out there

Man, I think we are giving away too much information on here.  I hunt the 94 road a lot due to the high amount of hunters at C-post.  Now I am going to have everyone and there dog in my spot for the late season.

I had heard a rumor that someone ended up getting a nice one.  How did you see it with all that fog?
