Title: BT's hitting the dirt
Post by: AKBowman on October 29, 2011, 12:44:44 PM: I heard of a nice one going down this morning. I'll let the hunter post the pics and story but it is another big one for a site member who already has a couple nice BT bucks!!

Way to get it done...again!!

My son and I went out this morning, hiked in to a walk in only area about 2 miles in the dark and about another 2 miles glassing clearcuts that were'nt fogged over :bash:. We actually did manage to see a small buck chasing a doe but he wouldn't stop long enough for my son to get a shot off. That's the way it goes. That was the only buck we've seen since the opener. How pathedic is that? Oh well good times with the boy though.
