I just got back from scouting and I was just curious if its illegal to try and push bulls into another unit. The ones I saw were on the very edge of the boundary. I need help or does anyone know who would have the answer.
Thanks

I would think it all depended on how you went about it,
If you are legal in your actions, as in , not hunting in a closed unit, trespassing, etc. and they moved on their own...
-
so i cant go in and try and push them out?
-
Is the area closed for hunting ?, leave the weapon behind and look for 'shrooms.
Do not be armed.
If the area is closed to access, stay out.

Ok thank you for your help. Ill be sure to post pics of my shrooms. Does anyone know if they are still rutting?

This could be a touchy thing. You could get a ticket from a game warden for harrassing wildlife. If your not chasing them, you might just be OK. I'm sure there is plenty of elk in your unit as well.

:bdid: Harassing wildlife.

Just sweat out a cotton shirt and walk in the area of the elk. Also drink alot of water and piss all over the place. :IBCOOL:

No law against going for a walk in the woods, if its public land.

Would you be doing any of the following? If so you are hunring.

Several yrs ago my ex father-in-law tried to push elk off an area the was closed to Elk hunting, but open to all other species. He ended up with a ticket. You don't think he took some chit when it ca out in paper that he was issue an "Molestation of Wildlife" ticket.... :chuckle:
