Sorry for the crap picture. I didn't think you'd care. We have a date in the next couple weeks. Hopefully he gets a little less jumpy once he starts chasing chicks.

What a beautiful animal, he's sure in his prime, look how he carries his weight throughout his entire body. . . good luck with photo opportunities in the coming weeks. . . hoping to see some more great animals from you!

That's a nice mature Mulie, any hunter should be proud to harvest him. Judging from that neck, I bet he's a-thinking about the "chicks" right now. :)

Heck Yes!!! Mmmm, mmmm.
-
Damn! Nice rack, nice body. He'd look good in the freezer and on the wall
-
Gorgeous! Thanks!

Bone---- I would hate to have your fuel bill this time of year. Unless you are driving a Prius :chuckle:

especially when you come home constantly to do family things. LIKE HALLOWEEN, or soccer or basketball or.... :chuckle:

Great catch again bone! He almost looks a little swollen already :dunno: maybe he's just a thick toad

Most of the muleys were just starting. I had two that were worked up pretty good. They squared off for about 20 minutes, I saw them an hour later and they were still at it. I got some pretty good shots of them. Most were on the move from the high country and searching out does. I found several batches of does that weren't manned up yet, so looking forward to revisiting.

Definitely a shooter.

Glad you post them Bone...only time I see them!!

Nice "shot" Bone. What would that measure out for width? I'm trying to get better at field judging these. I passed on one that wide, but not as tall or heavy this year, and am still wondering if I screwed up.....

Doug,
Have you ever seen a buck while photographing in November that you saw earlier (in the summer or early fall) while scouting or hunting? That would be a neat experience.
-
That is a great buck. You always impress me with what you capture with your camera. I always look forward to your posts.
