Headed down for my Toutle hunt later this week. Was planning on camping down by Cougar and hunting the south side of the unit, but now I have been told multiple times that a lot of the gates down there are closed. Does anyone know what gates are closed and what, if any, are open down south to hunt? Or should I be changing my plans totally and hunting the north end?

All the gates above Cougar are closed, even on the weekends.
They are logging the 7200 along the lake, and the 7500 area--the cros road from the 82 rd to the 7200.
The gates on the Kalama side and north side are open.
