Title: Peaches Ridge Big Bull Help
Post by: klickman on November 03, 2011, 08:20:59 PM
A buddy of mine got drawn for a big bull tag for Peaches Ridge.  He has been hunting his butt off since the opener 2 weeks ago.  He was seeing some good bulls on the Little Naches side last week but he hasn't seen a bull since Monday.  Any suggestions on where he should take a look for the next three days of the season.  He is thinking about coming over to the Taneum side tomorrow for the rest of the season.  Any help I can relay to him would be appreciated.

Thanks,
KLICKMAN

He is pretty much SOL.....

The crowds of people up there has teh elk held up in the deep dark hell holes.

Keep looking, there are elk out there but much harder to find ow that the season started and hunters are crawling ecery where.

Good Luck  :hello:

I had the tag several years ago, filled it on the next to last day up Gold creek. I would hunt Ravens Roost area, Milk creek, Gold Creek and Rock Creek drainages. I know some of the roads are washed out, but if you can hike up into them, you should find some bulls. Chech with all the hunters in the area, they will let you know where the branched bulls have been seen.
