Its slow going and the lower river is higher more often than usual, makes for more slow slack water which makes for a slower bite. I've been picking up the same number of fish drifting a corky as I have running a slip bobber and jig. 6 wild fish to every hatchery is the average for me. When I say slow, I'm averaging about 4 hours of fishing per fish and I know the river. It's SLOW but every hook up is worth the time. :tup:
The size of the fish seams to be down this year or maybe up just a dink Steely magnet. ;) Fish are averaging 28"-31"

Are there alot of guys drifting it, with the water so low? today i believe it was right around 1000cfs......seems like some spots they'd be scrapin alot of rocks...
