Kitty tracks in the snow. No snow on the doe. 24 degrees here. Not warm to the touch or steeming but rigor hadn't set in yet.

A buddy found a dead doe yesterday up in Vail that had no apparent injuries :IBCOOL:
No bullet hole, arrow, or preditor dsmge to the hide. It was covered with snow and rigg.

The last time i seen that was right after I shot my cat. It will be back.

That looks like a great chance to kill a cougar to me.

Foothills... Too many rifles in that small area for me to go back and call today. I'll be back soon though...
