Title: I stumbled upon a cute little Blacktail doe this morning...

Kitty tracks in the snow. No snow on the doe. 24 degrees here. Not warm to the touch or steeming but rigor hadn't set in yet.

Looks like it's time to hang out and wait for the culprit.

A buddy found a dead doe yesterday up in Vail that had no apparent injuries  :IBCOOL:
No bullet hole, arrow, or preditor dsmge to the hide. It was covered with snow and rigg.

Foothills...  Too many rifles in that small area for me to go back and call today. I'll be back soon though...
